RENDER
A sand and cement base coat that is applied to internal and external brickwork which enables further applications such as multi-finish, sand-finish and acrylic render (texture).
Dulux AcraTex (texture) is a stylish range of high build, granular and non-granular, 100% pure acrylic texture coatings. Dulux AcraTex is the Finished Tinted Product that you would see on the exterior walls of most "Modern Exclusive Homes".
Setting is the term used in the industry for applying either a lime or gypsum based top coat to either gyprock, rendered or bonded walls, leaving them with a flat smooth surface ready for painting.
Venetian plaster is a thin veneer of slaked lime putty. It is mixed with materials such as marble, quartz or kaolin and coloured with pigment. The plaster is applied in a variety of ways over a number of layers to produce elegantly hand crafted decorative wall finishes.
Gyprock is a great solution for home renovations as it is a cleaner, quicker and cheaper alternative to brick, mortar and render extensions. Cornice installation will also give your home a new dimension of style and detail.
